Yes, multiple members can manage the workflow on Pulse depending on the roles you (Super admin) assign them. 

Yes. you can assign different roles to team members on Pulse. Three roles to assign are – Super admin, worker, and analyst. 

Super Admin: Has access to all the features in the Pulse dashboard. When you register the business for the first time, you will be the super-admin by default

Workers: This role has access to the inspections assigned to them

Analysts: This role has access to inspections assigned to them and the analytics dashboard

Pulse schedules maintenance very strategically to ensure users are minimally affected. We usually do it on weekends or after office hours. The downtime usually is 3-5 hours.

Pulse stores customer data in an access-controlled GCP Postgres database unique to our application. Customer data is encrypted at rest using AES-256 block-level storage.
